Do you want a key role in quotation work, order management, and production planning in a company where quality, service, and efficiency are at the forefront? We are now looking for a structured and business-minded Order and Quotation Manager for our prefabrication facility in Avesta.

About the role

As an Order and Quotation Manager, you play a vital role in ensuring an efficient manufacturing process that creates value for both our customers and the business. You are responsible for cost calculations, order administration, and contributing to work planning. Part of the role involves identifying and driving improvements that develop and streamline our processes.

Your main responsibilities

• Quotation work
• Order management
• Planning and ordering of materials
• Working in our business system, SAP
• Ongoing contact with customers and suppliers regarding materials and components

Your profile

• We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and business-minded, with the ability to coordinate multiple parallel tasks.
• You are service-oriented and responsive to customers' various needs.
• You have experience working with Excel and business systems, preferably SAP.
• We prefer that you have experience in similar roles, such as customer contact, production planning, or order management.
• You thrive in a role with many contact points and find it easy to collaborate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in production.
